These terms apply to your use of trinketsthrift.org, run by Trinkets Thrift, Inc., a North Carolina nonprofit corporation. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

You may use this site for personal, noncommercial purposes. Please do not use it for anything unlawful, try to interfere with how it works, send spam or automated submissions, or submit information about someone else without their permission.

Information you send us

Please make sure the information you send us is accurate. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a board or volunteer form does not guarantee a position and does not create an employment or other agreement.

Our content

The text, images, name and logo on this site belong to Trinkets Thrift or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to and share our pages. Please do not copy or reuse our content, name or logo for other purposes without our written permission.

Donations

Online donations are processed by Zeffy and Stripe and are also subject to Zeffy's terms. Zeffy does not charge Trinkets Thrift fees. At checkout, Zeffy may invite you to add an optional contribution to support its platform. That contribution is your choice, is separate from your gift, and goes to Zeffy, not to Trinkets Thrift. If you have a question about your donation, or think a mistake was made, email admin@trinketsthrift.org.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but information such as hours, events and programs may change. The site is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Trinkets Thrift and its directors, officers, volunteers and agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or any site linked from it.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
